How Government Is appreciating Solar Green Energy In India?

India is basically defecate in Energy Sector that’s why India has to move to green energy like solar power, wind power, and other types of green energy.

Here, we will talk about how the government actually appreciates people going for solar to avoid coal and oil-based energy.

PM SURYA GHAR: Muft Bijli Yojana

15 February 2024, Indian Prime Minister launches PM SURYA GHAR: Muft Bijli Yojana ( Free electricity Scheme). With the help of this scheme, the government plans to use 1 Carod House’s roof to produce Solar Energy and use it for free for their utility.

In this scheme, people get a subsidy to install a solar panel on their rooftop. The government pays into the customer's direct bank account 78000rs after solar is installed at their place. This scheme applies only to residential customers.

How does it benefit users?

1)     People don’t need to pay the electricity bill after installing a solar panel (If you are generating more power than your consumption)

2)     If you are generating more power and consume less energy than you’re on the grid discom will pay you for the surplus.

3)     Electricity is a basic need of people; if it is free for them, they will use their bill money to improve their lives and help the nation to grow.

4) Solar is green energy, so it will help nature to grow without polluting it for energy.
